Remove inactive members

Limzo counts members who have not posted for a chosen window — 2, 4, 8, or 12 weeks — among the members it has seen. It kicks them, never bans: a removed member can rejoin any time with an invite link. This is the alive-but-silent counterpart to removing deleted accounts.

Open Limzo Mini App → Reports → Inactive members and tap See who’s quiet. You get the list itself: each member, their @handle, and how long since they last posted. It is admin-only and lives in the Mini App on purpose — the shareable web report counts quiet members without ever naming them.

Removing people is not the only option. Tick anyone on the list and tap Send a nudge: Limzo posts one friendly message in the group mentioning them, so they actually get a notification. No warning, no removal — just a hello. Free on every plan, and capped per post so a nudge can never become a notification storm.

Every plan sees the quiet-member count in the weekly admin report DM, with a one-tap Remove inactive members button. Nothing happens automatically — you decide, and you tap.

Pro and Community groups can turn on a recurring auto-sweep in Limzo Mini App → Reports → Inactive members, so it runs itself. Off by default. You pick the inactivity window, and can have Limzo post a heads-up in the group a day before, so anyone quiet can send a message to stay. That heads-up can also mention the quiet members by name so it reaches the people it is about — that part is off by default.

Admins and trusted members are always exempt, and so is anyone who posts again before the sweep. Limzo needs the “Ban/restrict users” admin right to remove anyone; without it the button just explains what is missing.

Kicking keeps your member list honest without punishing anyone — the door stays open. It is the gentlest way to turn a number-padded group back into an active one.
