Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of the Limzo bot, the admin Mini App, the public stats pages, and the limzo.com website (together, the “Service”). By adding Limzo to a group or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Limzo is independent and not affiliated with Telegram.

You must meet Telegram's minimum age and comply with Telegram's Terms of Service. When you add Limzo to a group, you confirm that you are an admin with authority to enable analytics and automated posts for that group, and that doing so is consistent with your group's own rules and local law.

Limzo measures group activity and turns it into leaderboards, member levels and badges, achievements, karma, weekly highlights, a private admin report, a public stats page, and light anti-spam moderation. Features vary by plan. We may add, change, or remove features to improve the Service, and we may set fair-use limits (for example, monthly tracked-message caps) to keep it running for everyone.

Don't use Limzo to break the law or Telegram's rules, to harass people, to game or fake rankings at scale, to attempt to overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or to expose data you have no right to expose. We may pause or remove access for groups that abuse the Service or put other users at risk.

• Free costs nothing and includes the core game layer, the public page, and basic reports.
• Pro is $9/month, billed as 600 Telegram Stars every 30 days.
• Community is $25/month, billed as 1,650 Telegram Stars every 30 days.

Paid plans are Telegram Stars subscriptions purchased inside the Mini App and processed by Telegram. They renew automatically every 30 days until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — cancellation stops future renewals and the plan runs out the period you already paid for; the group then returns to Free. Because Stars are handled by Telegram, refunds follow Telegram's policies. Promo codes grant a time-limited trial of a paid plan and carry no cash value.

Member flair is an optional one-time cosmetic bought with Telegram Stars. It is decorative only and never affects rankings.

Members own their messages. By enabling Limzo, the group's admins allow Limzo to process group activity and to display aggregated stats and short quote excerpts on the public page, subject to the visibility and quote controls in the Mini App. Admins are responsible for their group's content and for honoring member requests about that content. We may filter or remove content that violates these terms or the law.

Limzo and its name, site, and design are ours. These terms don't give you rights to our brand or software beyond using the Service as intended.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Stats are best-effort and may be incomplete — for example, Limzo can't see messages sent before it joined or messages other bots delete. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limzo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the three months before the claim.

You can stop using Limzo anytime by removing it from your group, and delete all stored data with one confirmation in the Mini App. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will appear here with a new “last updated” date, and continued use means you accept them.
