Admin previews and group highlights

This is the private workflow. Each week Limzo DMs admins a link to their full report — headline numbers, top members, and the 13-week engagement trend, on a page only people with the link can open. It is never posted to the group; forward the link to a co-admin if you like. Open it any time from the Mini App with Open my report.

The report groups your active members into plain-language segments — core, regular, new, drifting, and gone quiet — by comparing the last 30 days against the 30 before, plus how many members were active this month and how many of last month’s newcomers stuck around. Counts only, never a name-and-shame list. Paid plans also get one segment line in the weekly DM itself.

Give an invite link a name in Telegram (for example “twitter-campaign”) and Limzo starts attributing joins to it automatically — the report shows how many people each named link brought in and how many are still members, so you can tell which promotion actually worked. Nothing to configure; unnamed links are simply not tracked. Data accrues from the day this feature went live.

This is the public workflow. Limzo can post one short group recap automatically. Free groups use automatic best day/hour and include a small Limzo mention. Pro and Community can customize schedule and sections. Scheduled hours follow the group timezone set in Mini App → Settings — UTC by default.

Limzo stores the last posted week and will not post the same weekly highlight twice. It also skips groups below the minimum weekly message threshold.

Open Limzo Mini App → Reports → Group weekly highlights, then switch auto-post off. Admin preview can be disabled separately in Admin weekly preview.
